Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) -  Despite the difficulties of late for Russia producting defensive prospects, the top-end is certainly interesting, with many players who might adapt well in the jump overseas. Recently it has been very tough to decipher who would report to the NHL and who would not, and the apparent drive towards North America played its role in these rankings.

07/01/2009 Evgeni Grachev (New York Rangers) to skate in prospects camp

National Hockey League (NHL) -  New York Rangers' development camp has started on June 30th and Evgeni Grachev (New York Rangers) is skating with the team. Having him in the roster the next season is a long shot, but surely he raised his stock after his first excellent OHL season. The team's new Russian draftee, Mikhail Pashnin (New York Rangers), won't report for the camp. READ MORE
