Jersey Description: Montreal Canadiens forward Alexander Perezhogin wore this #17 Avangard Omsk home jersey during the 2004-05 lockout season that he spent in Russia. The young forward was raised in the Avangard hockey system. He performed very well during that season and was one of the club’s offensive leaders. The jersey features ads of SibirNeft, an oil company that is the sole sponsor of the Super League club and is owned by Mr. Abramovich, who also owns British soccer/football club Chelsea which one the European Championship last year. The jersey is manufactured by Kait and is made of a high quality, durable mesh, and includes Nike type innovations, such meshed armpits for circulation. It shows medium wear with some marks on the body and the sleeves. This jersey will be accompanied by a RussianProspects.com Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
